There are many reasons for which many students of our country (fail) in English. That English is a foreign language is the main reason. English is as if it (be) a language (mean) for a particular class of people. It (regard) as a sheer wastage of time. They (begin) to cram English as though they (consider) cramming is the only way to learn English. But (have) they been earnest in learning English, they could have (learn) it easily. Moreover, they are not (motivate) properly. In addition, the textbooks (not write) according to the need of the learners.
